  1. How do I open a wholesale account?

To open an account with us, please send us a copy of your sales tax certificate. Please fax it to 214.748.7033 or email it to sales@jorrys.com.

  1. Whats the order minimum?

Our minimum order is $50. We do not ship out orders under $50.

  1. How soon you can ship out my order?

If you place your order before , we try to ship it out on the same day.

  1. How long does it take to receive my order?

We ship all orders by UPS. We are located in Dallas, TX. Depending on your location, UPS ground may take 1 to 5 business days(Please see Figure 1 UPS Map). If you need your order sooner, you can choose UPS Next day, 2nd day or 3 day.

  1. How much does it cost to ship a package?

The shipping cost depends on distance, package value and weight. Please go to http://wwwapps.ups.com/calTimeCost?loc=en_US to evaluate your shipping cost.

  1. What is your store's physical address and open hours?

  1. Do you have a printed catalog?

Yes, we have a catalog. New catalogs are automatically mailed out to current customers. As a new customer, if you request our catalog, please fax a copy of your sales tax certificate to us at 214.748.7033. There will be a $15 charge for the catalog, but the $15 will be crredited to your first order.

  1. Is the product sterling silver?

Yes, all the silver products you see on the web site are .925, this is also known as sterling silver. We also carry some costume jewelry which is noted in description.

  1. Do you do back order?

Unfortunately, no. We ship what is currently in stock.

  1. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, MC and AMEX. Only cashier check and Money Orders will beaccepted when shipping by UPS COD.

  1. What ring sizes do you carry?

Most rings come in size 5 ~ size 9, no half sizes. Baby rings come in size 2 ~ size 5.

  1. What are the necklace lengths you carry?

Normally the most popular lengths are 14, 16, 18, 20, 24 and 30 inches. Leather, suede cord and ribbon necklaces can be custom made to any length requested by the custmoser.
